It seems as though the fragile Wizarding World could take no more, that the castle of Hogwarts, even, could not take another single hit. Thus a promise was made to assure that all would resume what once was…with a few grievous reforms. Unbeknownst to all, however, the Ministry of Magic behind all said reform is being elusively controlled by a band of rebellious vampires and werewolves whose decisions threaten the lives of the innocent Witches and Wizards of modern day London. The Wizarding World is now in turmoil, the current state of things unsteady at best.
