Dist blinked a few times and then tried to keep them from rolling off his plate, “Now should this be the part where I scold you for playing with your food?” Peony laughed then grinned stupidly and picked one up with his fingers and poked it in his mouth. A few of the guards were a little sweat-dropped.
Jade looked back to Kaili concentration broken, he chuckled faintly. “S-sorry I’m fine.” he nodded.

Jade sucked in a deep breath and gave a small sigh watching them all, they were like children. He shook his head with a smirk and brought his hand up and repositioned his glasses. But in that moment, he felt it again. His eyes widened as Jade suddenly stood from his chair, the chair almost falling backwards, his hands by his sides. Both Dist and Peony looked at him blinkingly. “Jade?” Peony smirked then his smile faded as his eyes locked onto Jade’s deadly blood red ones. “hum.” Peony slowly stood. “Kaili….Dist…” he nodded then smiled softly. “come with me for a moment.” he nodded Dist looked annoyed then looked to bade and seemed to grow a little worried or afraid? And stood walking around the table to Kaili. “ehehe…” he chuckled fakely.
“…” Jade’s eyes remained deadly with a flash of light his spear appeared in his hand…someone else was there…and he was waiting for them to show themselves…Jade looked ready to kill anyone who got in his way. Peony ushered Dist and Kaili to the next room, darn large rooms always take so long to walk though when trying to act ‘casual’.
“Everything is fine.” Peony smiled….this was most likely another person after Jade’s life? Like Dist was…? Jade readied his spear and leaned into it slightly. He expected the same thing, Jade mostly thought it could have been Michael from before. But then finely a gun fired, and Peony’s eyes widened at the sound, the sound came from the other side of the room! “UH!?” Dist gasped jumping and twisting back, Peony twisted around…Peony was shot at… to his horror his eyes widened in pain as blood spattered around.
The sharp pain entered his side. But then after two more fires, he sucked in a sharp pain, dist had began to cast a barrier , but then paused. As Jade stood there In front of Peony, blood spayed from his shoulder and ran down his chin, and stomach area. He’d also thrown his spear before hand, but now fell backwards with a thud on the cold marble floor. Peony seemed to be in shock.

"Asidanza!" Kailis eye's went wide. Everything had happened so quickly she wasn't even sure what exactly had happened, but the smell of blood filled the air and there was some on her but it wasn't her's. "Peony?!" She gaped at him and then looked at Jade, she wasn't really sure what to do and she looked over at Dist.

“Jade!” Dist gasped wide eyes and when to Jade but then paused, an looked up seeing a shadow move he moved past Peony, who dropped to his knees shocked at first then looked at the blood and swallowed hard reached over touching Jade’s shoulder. “Jade’o.” he panted eyes twitching. “get the guard!” Dist shouted as a waitress who had just walked in and ran out. “Storm cloud’s child! Lightning spike!” Dist threw forward his arm, lighting up the area it bounced off the railing, the shadow figure was hit, and hit hard, there body jerked some. They fired a gain but Dist dodged, finely Dist hit him again with the spell and the man started to stumble, and vanished moments later there was a large crash of some glass…and the culprit was gone…
Dist panted. “Kaili…Peony….Jade…” he turned back toward them, walking slowly.

Kaili was trying to figure out who was bleeding worse, but she darted over to Peony and started trying to stop the blood that was seeping through his clothing, "We need nurses! Or something close to that effect!" She looked up at Dist.

“R-right!” Dist nodded and franticly ran out the door. Peony looked to Kaili, but then bit his lip and looked back to Jade, and carefully pulled the Colonel up in his lap. “don’t you…dare…die on me..” he winced… panting he brushed his hair of his face, and looked to Kaili.. “I’m sorry…you could have been…” he trailed off, then up as some guards and some nurses came to help them all.

"Hush." Kaili shushed him and helped the nurses movie the two too a bed and started fixing up their wounds, this was the second time that day that Kaili had been covered in blood, only this time it wasn't hers, "They'll be ok right?" She asked a doctor who was taking care of them, her voice was weak.

The nurses ran around like chickens with there heads cut off, but they seemed to know what they were doing. And Dist would pace the room, practically wearing holes in the floor. Peony was the first to be checked out as ‘okay’ it didn’t take a lot to heal his wounds. Though the worst part was confining him to his bed, whence wanted to get up and see Jade, and Kaili and Dist. Jade was going though a small surgery on his shoulder anyway. He wouldn’t be aloud in, Emperor or not he needed to rest too!
One of the nurses stopped and bowed to Kaili before speaking up. “Master Peony IX is out of critical, he’s alright but trying to get out of bed. And Jade’s condition is becoming more stable.” he smiled kindly.

"Thank you." Kaili sighed and held her shoulder, she slide off the bed and grab some food and started eating, she was a nervous eater, which it was a wonderment that she was as skinny as she was, she found Dist, "Asidanza take the food away." She held her arms out with the hand full of food she had snatched from the kitchen. ><
