Nephry seens to be a rather elegantly dressed woman. Though not to elegant. At least is to say her clothes are nice and rather form fitting. She wear's a black turtle neck shirt which open's up in the chest region and show's off her cleavage.And then she has on a white jacket that does the same thing as the turtle neck. She wear's a pair of high heeled black boots and a black skirt that goes down to her knees where the boot's match up. She wear's her brownish blond hair pulled up into a pony tail to keep it out of her way while she does her job. But there are a few lose bang's that fall around and slightly in front of her face. She has a pair of glasses that look some what like Jade's only less menacing when she pushes them back up her nose when they've fallen down. Her eye's are a soft brown color which seems to fit her personality.

†Personality: She is calm and collected. She is somewhat like Jade, only she's a lot nicer and more warm hearted than he is and she will reach out to anyone. She is very careing but seems to have mixed feelings for her brother Jade. She loves him, and worries about him but also seems to slightly fear him. Though she is kind she is rather blunt, especially toward's those who would seem rather childish for their age *coughPeonycough*. She is truthful to a fault.

†History: Nephry like Jade grew up a orphan most there lives. Until adopted into the Balfour Family. Though she was only adopted due to Jade’s intellect in Science. In truth she feared her brother to a degree, Saying that as a child Jade was little different from a devil, he’d torture animals, and seemed to thrive on blood. Then he cloned her broken doll, instead of buying a new one, this thought frightened her, for her bother to use ‘powers’ to do something like this, even as she didn’t understand at the time, it was a brake though in science.
Afterward both attended Dr. Nebilem’s school for the gifted, Nephry was smart, though incompatible to most the students there, she worked harder to push herself to be a good student. Also she found that Jade was changing no longer the devil he was.
Finely one fateful Night when Jade killed there Teacher, he fled, but when the small town found nothing but the ruins of the burnt house, and blood with Nebilim’s body nearby, not finding Jade, after days it was assumed he killed himself. So this is what Nephry thought for a while, until l he seemed to just turn up again.
She and Peony seemed to fall in love.
Peony: Peony has only ever loved one woman. EVAR! It was Jade's own sister Nephry. Sadly this relationship didn't work out too well. See, before Peony left Keterburg he made it a point to tell Nephry how he felt. He came to her balcony all heroic like hoping to show his ove for his special person. Yet it was not meant to be. Nephry told him that she couldn't return those feelings because of the class difference between them. Peony was going to be the ruler of a great nation and Nephry's social class was too low for her to ever be accepted as Peony's wife. So she rejected him and told him to move on. From a game clip it is apparent that Peony was never able to do so. He still tells Jade that he will never marry another woman because he could never love anyone as much as he loved her. Nephry on the other hand had no problem. She was wed to a man named Osborne, this only further devastates Peony.
From the hints of the game Nephry and Peony's relationship was one of two cases. Either she loved Peony but was able to accept the fact that their marriage would never be allowed because she was a commoner or that she never really loved him and let
Unfortunately the relationship between Jade e Nephry isn't that developed in the game, but I can speculate a bit on it. I think jade was really affectionate to Nephry, despite his cruel and somehow evil nature. It's because he didn't want to see her crying that he replicated her doll and gave birth to Fomicry. As the years passed it seems their brotherly loved was compromised by Jade himself, since Nephry started to look at him with different eyes: she considered him a monster, a devil, someone who was enjoying the pain of the other creatures, someone who couldn't really understand the gap between death and life and so a person with no consideration of the value of the existence of a human. Although Jade changed she still had many doubts on him. She thoughts he was sincere, but she probably was involved too much in his cruelty to definitely forgive him: this is the reason why she warns Luke, telling him the experience of her brother, although she was probably willing to explain some obscure points of his personality. They eventually separated when Jade moved to the capital and have different lives.
